- Video Proof Requirement: To initiate a return and refund for a wrong or defective product, you must provide a video from the product’s opening to end. The video must clearly show:
- The product and its defect or incorrect nature.
- Your order ID and name visible and legible throughout the video.
- Submission: Email the video proof to info@oneecom.com within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Verification: Our team will review the video to verify the claim.
- Refund Process: Upon approval, the refund process will begin. Please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
